烏克蘭數位化轉型部正式推出先前預告的 NFT 戰爭歷史博物館「Meta History Museum of War」，首發的 54 個 NFT 將以盲盒形式發售，單價為 0.15 ETH，將於 30/3 香港時間 00:00 開始公售。
54 個 NFT 以俄烏戰爭序幕 24/2 – 26/2
Meta History Museum of War 於當地時間上午 05:45 後漸進的時間命名，敘述、紀錄了各個衝突事件以及時間點，並由多位藝術家所創作，NFT 由 NFT 平台 Fair.xyz 支持；平台支持以太坊、Polygon 區塊鏈，其收益全數歸數位轉型部地址，用於支持軍隊、平民。
發行 NFT 的目的
一是募資以支持烏克蘭，二是透過區塊鏈永久保存烏克蘭人民真實情況。烏克蘭數位轉型部副部長 Alex Bornyakov 於Twitter 上表示：「當今資訊科技、區塊鏈、NFT 成為了保護烏克蘭國家地位和歷史的工具，在合作夥伴的支持下，我們推出了 NFT 戰爭歷史博物館，重建一個家園需要現代解決方案。」
