中國共產黨中央紀律檢查委員會（下稱中紀委）昨天網站發文稱，「虛擬貨幣「挖礦」活動與國家碳達峰、碳中和及高質量發展的目標背道而馳，與完整、準確、全面貫徹新發展理念格格不入。」指出，各部門必須監督嚴防「挖礦」死灰復燃，持續保持「整治虛擬貨幣挖礦」高壓態勢，維持金融市場秩序，並且推動走好「綠色低碳高質量發展之路」。
中紀委指出，發現某些國有單位工作人員利用公共資源參與「挖礦，對於違規違紀和失職失責行為，必須「堅決查處、嚴厲懲治、形成震懾」。堅決防止一些地方以引進信息化、大數據項目之名，行「挖礦」等高能耗之事。
