另外，法案中的其中一個條款，試圖要求加密貨幣服務提供商明確將其資產與客戶資產分隔開來，以防止類似 FTX 將用戶資金與公司資金混在一起、最終暴雷的情況，該條款還尋求在破產下能收回用戶資產，但在 29 日投票中遭到否決。
比特幣大漲
在巴西國會批准此加密貨幣監管框架之際，加密貨幣市場今日有所復甦，比特幣（BTC）在今早 10 時一度上衝至 17,162 美元高點，創下自 15 日來新高，至截稿前報 16,870 美元，近 24 小時漲幅 2.4%；以太幣（ETH）近 24 小時則上揚 5.16% 至 1269 美元。
