據新加坡警方聲明，新加坡警方表示正在調查全球最大加密貨幣交易所幣安（Binance）。一天前新加坡金管局將此案移交給新加坡警察部隊的白領犯罪部門時，調查就開始了。
新加坡金融管理局11月21日發布聲明稱，它希望澄清自FTX破產以來出現的“問題和誤解”，雖然幣安和FTX都沒有在新加坡獲得許可證，但兩者之間有明顯的區別：幣安在新加坡積極招攬用戶，而FTX卻沒有。新加坡金管局說，幣安實際上已經能以新加坡元計價，並接受如PayNow和PayLah等新加坡本土支付方式。因此新加坡金管局將幣安列入投資者警示名單。此外，新加坡警隊商業事務局就幣安可能違反付款服務法開展調查。
幣安目前也在美國接受有關是否違反證券規則的監管調查，而其新加坡分公司去年放棄了經營加密貨幣交易所的申請，2021年9月，幣安主站Binance.com被列入新加坡金管局的投資者警示名單。
