據CoinDesk報導，Web3遊戲工作室Roboto Games宣布完成1500萬美元A輪融資，a16z領投，Ancient8、Animoca Brands、Gumi Cryptos Capital、Harrison Metal Capital、Makers Fund、Merit Circle、Transcend和一些天使投資人參投。截至目前，Roboto Games總融資額為1950萬美元，包括2019年的種子輪融資。此輪融資資金將用於開發其第二款遊戲，並招聘藝術家和營銷人員。
據悉，Roboto Games由Web2資深人士創立，背後的團隊於2007年創建ZipZapPlay並製作Baking Life等20款社交Facebook遊戲。 Roboto Games已經發布快節奏戰鬥遊戲Last Mage Standing，目前專注於開發大型多人在線（MMO）遊戲Foragers and Fighters，併計劃在2023年第一季度推出該遊戲的初始可玩版本。 Roboto Games還計劃建立用戶生成內容（UGC）平台。
