本港虛擬銀行持續錄得虧損，Sommerin直言，各地虛銀開業頭幾年都處虧損狀態，虛銀宜訂下清晰市場定位來區別各自優勢。亞太區首席戰略主管Danny Wan建議，下一步應聚焦發展財富管理服務，因應客戶需要提供更多個人化產品，提高收入。
調查亦發現，逾六成受訪者表示可考慮或願意向銀行分享更多個人資料，以獲取個人化產品及服務。受訪者較願意分享健康數據、信貸紀錄等資料，而不太願意分享其他銀行戶口資料及網頁瀏覽紀錄。
