香港態度（Hong Kong Attitude，簡稱 HKA）是由鍾培生親自打造的一支香港職業電子競技隊伍，成員主要來自台灣與香港，隸屬香港電子競技有限公司「Hong Kong Esports」（HKE/HKES）。HKA 成立於 2013 年，立志成為世界其中一個最大規模和最有競爭力的電子競技組織。其宗旨是匯集來自世界不同背景的玩家，讓他們交流，從而進步，增強實力且改善香港及周邊地區的電競風氣。
以 100 萬港幣創立電競團隊
在本地電競行業未被廣泛關注之前，早年眼見美國電競媒體平台 Twitch 尚未壟斷市場，已吸引從世界各地取得相當的瀏覽量，計算過後認為香港都能有一個，就毅然創辦「香港電競公司」。
大學畢業時，鍾培生靠著早年炒期指所賺的錢，手上有千多萬元資金，一心想自己做生意，於是在 2013 年 5 月撥出 100 萬元搭建平台。起步階段技術未到位，鍾培生轉陣先主力做電競隊和節目製作業務，公司第一年成功收支平衡，然後才逐步完善出今天的媒體平台，更在今年初完成 A 輪融資，獲得超過 7800 萬元的資金。

凡事計算，可說是鍾培生的生活習慣。小時候父母管教嚴格，他 12 歲前每天只能打機15分鐘，一旦撒嬌爭取更多會被體罰，時間有限，鍾培生玩每場遊戲前都要想好爆機策略，他表示：「真係唔輸得㗎，好多遊戲未贏過，一定要贏！」
而鍾培生在 17 歲於美國南加州大學修讀數學與經濟，17 歲的他已懂得借用家人的股票戶口，看準時機投資股票，第一次炒股已贏得 20 萬港幣！
