隨著加密貨幣市場長時間萎靡不振，再加上以太幣告別挖礦時代，過去 GPU 市場 「一卡難求」的盛況已不再，許多經銷商在挖狂潮時引入的顯卡都難以脫手，各家無不想方設法來清庫存。在越南，甚至有人乾脆在店門口擺起路邊攤，二手顯卡論斤秤重地賣。
根據電腦硬體新聞網《Tom’s Hardware》報導，自稱「VGA 之王」的 Lê Thành 在越南經營著一家顯示卡商店，他日前就在 Facebook 分享了自己「擺地攤賣顯卡」的照片，只見地面上擺滿二手顯卡，旁邊還放著菜市場攤販用的磅秤。

另一段影片中，Lê Thành 揮舞著用塑膠袋自製的蒼蠅拍，讓客戶自行選擇要買哪一款顯卡，接著秤重後就用塑膠袋裝起來給客戶帶走，整個過程和街邊買菜相差無幾。
不過，光從照片、影片很難判斷事實真假，也有人認為 Lê Thành 的用意只是為了嘲諷顯卡價格一落千丈的窘況，又或只是一種行銷手段，但無論如何，這些片段已在網路上被瘋傳，甚至在顯卡市場造成了轟動。
Lê Thành 後來在 Facebook 分享稱，最近不斷收到大量私訊，來自泰國、義大利、法國、巴基斯坦的客戶都想要跟他買顯卡，但當中卻沒有一個是越南人，讓他好不無奈。
他在另一則貼文中說，還有些外國買家慕名登門造訪，甚至指明說要「秤重買顯卡」，令他哭笑不得。
