最快明年 3 月上路!傳香港將開放「散戶交易加密貨幣」

香港正在營造相對友善的加密貨幣監管制度,計劃最快在明年 3 月向散戶投資人開放加密貨幣交易,打破目前只允許專業投資人交易的限制,與香港政府近年來對加密貨幣的懷疑態度,以及中國實施的加密貨幣禁令,形成鮮明對比。

 

《彭博社》引述知情人士稱,香港打算在明年 3 月實施的加密貨幣交易所強制許可制度上,允許交易平台向散戶提供服務。

知情人士說,監管機構正在尋求允許更大型的加密貨幣上市,但不會只認可比特幣、以太幣等特定幣種,並補充說,相關細節和時程表仍有待確定,預計會先諮詢公眾意見。

香港政府預計將在下周舉行的香港金融科技周上,公布加密貨幣施政宣言。為了走出政治動蕩、疫情下人才流失的困境,香港政府已傳出有意放寬房地產稅和簽證的限制,吸引人才來港,以捍衛香港作為國際金融中心的地位。

知情人士說,即將在零售交易所上市的代幣制度可能包括其市值、流動性和第三方加密貨幣指數的成員資格等標準。

針對上述消息,香港證監會發言人拒絕置評。

香港證監會於 2018 年引入加密貨幣監管制度,隨後提出自願發牌制度的框架,讓加密貨幣交易所自行選擇是否接受當局規管,而所有發牌交易所只能為專業投資者或機構提供服務,資金門檻高達 800 萬港幣,等同是將散戶拒於門外。

    I have seen lots of useful issues on your web-site about computer systems. However, I have got the view that notebook computers are still not quite powerful adequately to be a good selection if you often do tasks that require plenty of power, just like video enhancing.
