方舟投資宣布推出「方舟創投基金」
女股神伍德（Cathie Wood）創立的方舟投資（ARK Investment），昨（27）日推出一檔新的風險投資基金「方舟創投基金」（ARK Venture Fund）。通常 Venture Fund 具有較高的投資門檻，一般來說僅開放機構或富人，但這次方舟新推出的基金讓散戶也能投資，最低投資門檻僅為 500 美元。
據悉， Ark Venture Fund 將投資於 70% 的私營公司、和 30% 專注於技術創新的上市公司，並有選擇地投資於其他風險投資基金。至於要如何參與，方舟投資表示，所有美國投資人現在都可以透過名為 Titan 的投資應用程式購買，且不用向 Titan 支付額外費用。
Wood 稍早接受採訪時表示：「我們正在加倍努力創新，Ark 正在從社群媒體和社群行銷轉向社群分銷，直接面向消費者…這非常令人興奮。我們為投資者提供了他們以前無法接觸到的東西。」
根據 ARK Invest 官網，ARK Venture Fund 暫時未有披露基金資產值規模，僅表示管理費為 2.75%，總行政費用為 4.22%。

Cathie Wood：看好 Tesla、Roku 和比特幣
儘管當前美股持續低迷，但 Cathie Wood 表示仍支持對電動車大廠 Tesla、電子產品製造商 Roku 和比特幣的看漲押注。在去年賣出不少持股後，Wood 在最近幾個月又再次加倉 Tesla 股票，並表示：「這（Tesla）仍然是我們的最大持股，我們非常有信心。」
且就在本月中旬聯準會再度升息 3 碼、斯達克指數創下兩年多來最大單日跌幅之際。彭博匯總數據顯示，Cathie Wood 大舉買入數十家股票，其加倉力度創下今年 2 月以來最大。可見女股神在跌勢中仍堅持其策略，加大力度買入下跌股、賣出上漲股。
ARKK 價格今年已下滑超 60 %、首度關閉旗下 ETF
不過隨著通膨飆升和各國央行積極升息以應對通膨飆升，科技股遭到拋售，而 Wood 旗下的旗艦級基金 ARK Innovation ETF (ARKK) 正面臨跌破疫情以來的新低，今年迄今，ARKK 的跌幅已下跌超六成。據彭博社數據，8 月份 ARKK ETF的贖回額超 8 億美元，是自去年 9 月以來最大的月度資金流出。
方舟投資在今年 7 月剛宣布，將關閉方舟旗下 ARK Transparency ETF ，這是自 Wood 在 2014 年成立方舟投資以來，首度關閉旗下 ETF。（該 ETF 自去年 12 月底推出以來，價格下跌了 30% 以上）
