彭博昨日指出國際刑警組織（ICPO） 已對 Terra 創辦人 Do Kwon 發出紅色通緝令。Kwon 稍早則在 Twitter 回應網友表示他沒有看到通緝令中有他的名字、也沒有隱匿蹤跡，但其確切位置仍然成迷。
9 月 26 日，首爾檢察官表示國際刑警組織（ICPO）已對行蹤成謎的 Do Kwon 發出紅色通緝令。多次爆出 Terra 黑料的 FatMan 甚至在個人 Twitter 發起人肉搜索的呼籲，希望盡速得知 Kwon 的實際下落。
結果就在今（27）日 01:05 左右，在 Twitter 上有 45 萬追蹤者的 TraderSZ 發推詢問 Kwon 到底隱匿在哪裡的一則推文中，意外獲得他回應表示：「我正在客廳寫程式碼，你呢（hbu）」

Kwon：我沒在通緝令中看到自己的名字
後續有人提問，Kwon 對國際刑警組織發佈的紅色通緝令有什麼看法時？他則回應道：「對於名稱中有通知的東西，它肯定不會發出通知。嘗試在這裡（國際刑警組織官網）搜索它，但什麼也沒找到」
目前據國際刑警組織官網公開的資訊，確實沒有發現 Kwon 的通緝令，不過網友也補充表示，大部分紅色通緝令並未公開，僅限執法部門使用。

最後 Kwon 強調他自己並未逃避和隱匿蹤跡，甚至表示有人可能在過去幾週，曾在街上或購物中心看到他的蹤影，試圖表現出一種輕鬆的態度。

仍未透露實際下落
不過當問及他究竟身處何地時？Kwon 就沒有再說明他實際的下落、也沒有表示將如何與檢調機關合作的規劃。光靠 Twitter 上幾句聲明，就想說服社群相信他真的沒有試圖隱匿行蹤，目前看來證據似乎還是稍嫌薄弱了些。
