以太坊合併（Merge）完成後，昨晚開啟一波快速下挫，跌破 1500 美元、近 24 小時跌超 10%。而以長期發展來說，Polygon 共同創辦人表示：ETH 合併可能會為 Web3 帶來十億用戶。
以太坊合併 ETH 近 24 小時下跌 10.53 %
以太坊合併（The Merge）於 9 月 16 日下午完成後，雖有短暫上漲最高來到 1,655 美元，但漲幅無以為繼。而在昨日晚間十點左右，ETH 在測試站穩 1,600 美元失敗後，快速的在一小時內下挫超 8%，並在撰文當下最低來到 1,448 美元，近 24 小時下跌 10.53 %。
同比之下，比特幣雖然也再次跌破兩萬美元，現報 19,706 美元，但跌幅較以太坊來說相對和緩許多，近 24 小時下跌 2.6 %。

全網爆倉近 3 億美元，以太坊居冠
以太坊劇烈的漲幅，也讓不少看錯方向的投資者蒙受損失。據 Coinglass 數據，近 24 小時有超過 8.7 萬人慘遭清算，爆倉總金額來到 2.95 億美元。其中以 ETH 最為嚴重、佔了 1.74 億美元，是第二名的 BTC（3,900 萬美元）的四倍之多。

ETH 2.0 質押的 ETH 量破歷史新高
另外據 glassnode alerts 今晨數據，質押在 ETH 2.0 合約中的以太坊總數，已達到 13,736,885 ETH（現價約 201 億美元）的歷史新高。
不過需注意的是，就算以太坊完成合併，已經質押的用戶也不能馬上提取質押中的 ETH，而是預計在合併後的 6-12 個月內完成上海升級後逐步解鎖；此外為了不讓以太坊快速波動，合約也會限制用戶取消質押的速度。

以太坊正式完成合併邁向 PoS 後，雖然無法立即解決最為人詬病的高手續費問題。但以太坊擴容解決方案 Polygon 的共同創辦人 Sandeep Nailwal 稍早受 Coindesk 採訪時表示，以太坊的成功合併對社區來說是巨大的一步，並可能成為其通向主流的途徑。
這是一系列步驟中的第一個重要步驟，可以將十億用戶帶入 Web3。在 Web3 的旅程中，它是使以太坊更加主流的最大拐點之一。
合併為未來的升級開闢了道路，這將進一步確保 Layer 2 的可擴展性。同時合併還意味著以太坊現在更加環保，這是星巴克、迪士尼和 Instagram等公司關注的一個主要領域，這些公司已經通過 NFTs 進入 Web3。
