Tesla 執行長 Elon Musk 一直以來不斷質疑 Twitter 存在大量假帳號，他 6 日分享了冒充趙長鵬的假帳號截圖，抱怨他帳號底下 90% 的留言都是來自機器人。有趣的是，CZ 本人也留言對此表示贊同，幣安官方還發拜託 Twitter，希望能針對假趙長鵬帳號進行處理。

 

世界首富、美國電動車大廠 Tesla 執行長 Elon Musk  6 日在 Twitter 上再度針對 Twitter 的假帳號問題開炮，他分享一張冒充幣安執行長趙長鵬的假帳號，在他帳號底下頻發推文的截圖，抨擊「90% 我帳號的留言都是來自機器人」。

有趣的是，此推文也釣出趙長鵬本人回應，他表示：

我同意。只有這一個是真實的。 😂

幣安官方 Twitter 則向 Twitter 喊話道：

Twitter 拜託，我已經看夠了我的老闆，貴公司能幫忙嗎？這樣我就不必每天見他的次數多 99 倍？

Twitter 假帳號爭議

Musk 在今年 4 月與 Twitter 達成協議，同意以總價值約 440 億美元買下 Twitter ，但Musk 在 7 月以假帳號問題為由，表示 Twitter 「嚴重違反協議中多項條款」，且在簽訂協議時有「虛假和誤導的陳述」，因此決定放棄收購，隨後 Twitter 正式對 Musk 提起訴訟，希望能強制執行此收購案。

Musk 在 8 月曾公開向 Twitter 現任執行長 Parag Agrawal 發出挑戰，要求 Parag Agrawal 針對 Twitter 上的虛假機器人比例進行公開辯論，讓他向公眾證明，Twitter 是否真如他所言，只有小於 5% 的虛假或垃圾郵件用戶。Musk 還稱，如果 Twitter 可以證實其對假帳號的比例判斷屬實，收購將如約進行。

儘管 Twitter 不斷堅稱假帳號比例極低，但 Twitter 前安全主管 Peiter Zatko 在上月投下震撼彈，他向聯邦監管機構提出針對 Twitter 資訊安全和垃圾郵件機器人問題的重大投訴，直指 Twitter 在防禦駭客的安全實踐方面存在「極端、嚴重的缺陷」，並在打擊垃圾郵件機器人方面的努力十分薄弱。

Musk 代表律師上週就此致函 Twitter 法務長 Vijaya Gadde 發信，指「若指控屬實，Musk 則有權終止交易」，但 Twitter 代表律師回覆稱，Musk 的主張「無效、錯誤」，會繼續執行原定的收購協議。不過該名投訴者已獲傳票，將在 9 月 9 日出庭作證。
