一名微博主發文表示火幣（Huobi）交易所已正式被 FTX 收購，並將更名為 HTX，引發社群熱議。幾個小時後 SBF 出面澄清並沒有收購的打算，HT 幣價也因此上沖下洗。
FTX 收購火幣？
火幣（Huobi）交易所在於 8 月 30 日傳出已被另一家巨頭 FTX 收購，一個名為「Crypto學長_Web3版」的微博帳號發文表示：「FTX 已經正式收購火幣，後續會更名為 HTX，最近我們將見證一個時代的落幕，也在看到一個新時代的崛起，但也感到些許可悲…終究還是去 ZG 化了」
消息一出馬上引發社群熱議，而後續在向官方求證的過程中，火幣回覆：「目前沒有關於此消息的最新動態可以分享，公司運營一切正常」；FTX 方面則尚無官方評論。
模糊的態度也讓市場投資者懷疑是不是真的在進行收購程序。畢竟火幣創辦人李林已經與多家金融單位進行接觸，試圖出售他手上價值 30 億美元約 60% 的股份，當時據傳 FTX 創辦人 Sam Bankman-Fried（SBF）就是主要接觸者之一。
SBF 澄清：沒有要收購火幣
就在社群持續討論收購是否為真的情況下，FTX 創辦人 SBF 終於出面澄清表示，他們並沒有要收購火幣的打算，讓撲朔迷離的事件有了明確的答案。
因為顯然有很多人都在討論，明確一點來說：「不，我們不打算收購火幣。」

不過雖然 SBF 澄清沒有要收購火幣，但他至今尚未明確說明是否會買入李林手上的股份，或許他還是有機會成為火幣的大股東、又或者雙方其實已經在洽談，但尚未宣布。
HT 隨收購消息震盪劇烈
火幣的平台代幣 Huobi Token (HT)，昨日因市場消息也有如坐雲霄飛車。在昨日下午約一點傳出已被 FTX 收購後，短短兩小時一度上漲近 15 %，最高來到 5.47 美元；但是在晚間 SBF 證實沒有要收購的打算後，15 分鐘內快速下挫 7 ％。
目前 HT 現報 4.81 美元，已大致回到昨日收購消息傳出前的價格水平。
