Alex 表示，新基金針對具有最大商機的 Web3 項目。 「我們團隊專注找出擁有高勝算基因的互聯網 3.0 公司。在 Black3Lab 現時投資組合中的項目已可和現時擁有上百萬客戶的主流企業合作。」
Alex 亦表示：「Black3Lab 最終目的是驅動主流消費者大規模的應用，勢可為基金其 Web3 項目實現幾何式的爆發增長和盈收。」
互聯網 3.0 帶來的革命源自於區塊鏈的特質，如用戶、項目方和投資者的「集體擁有權」及「公平獎勵機制」。這將會顛覆互聯網 2.0 巨頭微軟、蘋果、谷歌和 Facebook 等領導下的「中心化」互聯網時代。
黑鑽資本 (Black3Lab Capital) 的另一聯合創始人Candy 是 著名 Bored Ape Yacht Club 和 Ripple 等藍籌 NFT 項目 及 互聯網 3.0 獨角獸的早期投資者。
Candy 表示：「互聯網 3.0 的核心在於為大眾用戶提供更具吸引力的經濟獎勵。由大眾用戶共同擁有嘅互聯網必比大台控制的時代更具爆炸性的增長。」
Candy 補充說：「Web2.0 催生了一個市值 10 萬億美元的環球市場，現在 Web3.0 大有潛力提供十倍或以上的市場機遇。
為平衡市場動，Black3Lab 最新的基金包含中頻交易策略,為投資者提供 30% 或以上可預測的年回報。
Black3Lab 的合夥人亦有來自科技和媒體資深高管 Bob，他曾領導全球最著名的科技智庫的眾多部門，為字節跳動的抖音(Tiktok)、Meta、華為和 Apple 進軍環球市場。
