禁止穩定幣收息業務

歐洲加密金融公司 Unstoppable Finance 的 DeFi 戰略負責人 Patrick Hansen 推文表示，歐盟正在準備禁止加密資產服務提供商（CASP）對穩定幣存款提供利息。立法者將對所有類型的穩定幣發行商設定很高的監管要求，包括算法穩定幣。該決定將在 6 月 30 日歐洲議會、歐洲執委會和歐盟理事會的代表會議上宣布。

該會議將是有關加密貨幣監管的「MiCA」（Markets in Crypto-Assets）法案的一系列會議中的最後一次會議。Hansen 表示，主要議題已經通過了所有階段的協議，只剩下一些小問題需要澄清。他還指出，執委會也準備引入管理 NFT 的規則，其目的是透過要求 NFT 平台取得特許來保護消費者。

比特幣禁令尚未被考慮

同時，Hansen 強調，立法者目前沒有考慮禁止比特幣。然而，歐盟計劃為每個單獨的數位資產引入特殊條款。DeFi 行業目前也尚未被納入考量，但執委會計劃就該主題發布一份單獨的報告，並將在 2023 年啟動一個試點項目來監督 DeFi。

歐盟議會於今年 4 月在一項相關法案中批准了新的反洗錢條款，將會有一個新的機構來執行包括監督加密貨幣交易的的監管工作。該法案不僅禁止匿名加密貨幣交易，還規定大型加密貨幣公司必須在歐洲註冊其業務並取得許可。
