《彭博》今日爆料，加密貨幣交易所 FTX 正尋求收購 Robinhood 的途徑，FTX 創辦人 SBF 隨後出面否認雙方有就併購一事積極會談。此次收購消息被彭博報導後， HOOD 盤中大漲 22% 一度觸發交易暫停。

 

據《彭博》今（28）日消息，一位知情人士透露，加密貨幣交易所 FTX 內部正在探索是否收購美國證券與加密貨幣交易商 Robinhood ；另一位消息人士表示，Robinhood 尚未收到 FTX 的正式收購意向，FTX 尚未做出最終決定。

SBF ：沒有就併購的積極對話

消息傳出不久後，FTX 創辦人 Sam Bankman-Fried（SBF） 在一份聲明中否認了收購消息。我們對 Robinhood 的業務前景以及我們可以與他們合作的潛在方式感到興奮。話雖如此，與 Robinhood 沒有積極的併購（M&A）對話。事實上，SBF 在 5 月中旬購入了 Robinhood 約 5,600 萬股的大量股份，約佔總比例的 7.6 %，一舉成為 Robinhood 第三大股東。

《彭博》援引一份監管文件數據稱，Robinhood 兩位共同創辦人，執行長 Vlad Tenev 和創意長 Baiju Bhatt 控制著 Robinhood 50% 以上的投票權。Robinhood 的一位發言人在向《Tech Crunch》的評論中點名了該公司的雙重股權制（將股權拆分成一般股與經營股）。目前由於公司的創辦人控制了一半以上的投票權，因此未經他們明確批准，該公司的收購交易將不得通過，有鑑於此，該媒體表示對兩位共同創辦人是否渴望出售其業務一事存疑。
