FTX 官方 Twitter 於 6 月 25 日宣布新的 IEO 預售。本次的 IEO 為 CRIPCO，是基於 Solana 區塊鏈的 NFT 交易市場，其目的是創建新型態的 NFT 交易。CRIPCO 將 NFT 分成兩種形式，一是創作者上傳了具智慧財產權（IP）的 NFT 收藏品，另一種則是其他用戶利用這些 IP 進行二創 NFT。

FTX 官方 Twitter 於 6 月 25 日宣布新的 IEO 預售。本次的 IEO 為 CRIPCO，是基於 Solana 區塊鏈的 NFT 交易市場，其目的是創建新型態的 NFT 交易。CRIPCO 將 NFT 分成兩種形式，一是創作者上傳了具智慧財產權（IP）的 NFT 收藏品，另一種則是其他用戶利用這些 IP 進行二創 NFT。

CRIPCO 希望利用去中心化自治組織（DAO）和代幣機制讓創作者作品從過去的「單向傳導」變成「多向互動」。並導入了一系列工具助用戶二創 NFT。

IEO 競拍細則 

據 FTX 申購頁面，本次 IEO 的競拍日期為 7 月 8 日，於香港時間晚上 9 點，要參與競拍的用戶須在開始前 24 小時前質押 150 枚 FTT，以及通過等級二的 KYC。

本次認購券總數為 2,000 張，每張份額為 1,500 枚 IP3 代幣，總計 300 萬枚，佔總供應量 1%。

每張認購券最低認購價格為 250 USD(T)，最高為 300 USD(T) + 5 FTT。換算下來，IP3 認購價格約在 0.17 美元至 0.2 美元（不含 FTT 價格）。

參與用戶需創建「IP3-IEO」的子帳戶，並將認購資金轉入子帳戶。若是認購成功，認購 IEO 的帳戶的資金在數小時之後將轉換成 IP3 代幣，認購失敗的話，資金將全數退還，而此次認購成功的 FTT 將全數銷毀。

競拍規則整理：

  1. 7 月 8 日晚上 9:00 前，質押 150 枚以上的 FTT（≥ 150 FTT），並通過 FTX 等級二的 KYC
  2. 創建子帳戶「IP3-IEO」，轉入認購資金
  3. 每張認購券最低認購價格為 250 USD(T)，最高為 300 USD(T) + 5 FTT（建議後者）
  4. 可抵押更多 FTT 獲得更多張認購券的競拍資格

CRIPCO 簡介

CRIPCO 是 NFT 交易市場，解決了區塊鏈上的智慧財產權（IP）問題，並建立了新型態的 NFT 生態系統，官方稱之為「IP 3.0 生態樞紐」。

其目的是保護創作者 IP 的同時，也能讓用戶使用 CRIPCO 提供的開發和創作工具，對這些購買的 NFT 進行二創。

運作方式是，創作者可以上傳他們的創作，經由 CRIPCO DAO 成員投票通過後，NFT 就會在平台上販售。這些 NFT 包含了創作者的 IP，像是繪文字（emojis）、影片、圖片。這些具有 IP 的 NFT 稱之為「口袋宇宙」（Pocket Universe）。

CRIPCO 用戶購買了這些 NFT 後，就可以進行二創，像是影片、虛擬角色等商品，再交易這些商品。官方將 CRIPCO 平台及更廣泛的生態系統稱為「多元宇宙」（Multiverse）。

目前 CRIPCO 已經和 IPX 合作（前身是 LINE FRIENDS），該公司已在 2020 年時將 IP 業務轉向成擬真動態 IP。其他合作對象還包括，日本街頭時尚先驅藤原浩、香港歌手陳冠希、韓國饒舌歌手 G-Dragon、韓國線上時裝零售商 MUSINSA 等等。

CRIPCO 利用了 DAO 和代幣經濟的機制，讓創作者作品從目前的單向傳播能改變成多向互動。這種方式能讓用戶使用 IP 創作盈利，像是將圖像製作成影片、遊戲人物，甚至是印在衣服、馬克杯等等。而對於創作者來說，這種二創越盛行，就對創作者的品牌價值越有利。
