Solana 正式宣告將推出以 Web3 為核心的 Android 手機「Saga」，將包含：Web3 dapp 商店、Solana Pay、seed vault…等功能，目前已開放預購，將於 2023 年第一季出貨。另外官方也宣布將為 SMS 提供 1,000 萬美元的開發基金。

 

Web3 Android 手機 Saga

公鏈 Solana 的共同創辦人兼執行長 Anatoly Yakovenko 今（24）日稍早在紐約一場發佈會上，正式宣告將推出以 Web3 為核心的 Android 手機「Saga」，同時官方也宣布 Android 的開源軟體 Solana Mobile Stack 的問世，該軟體可在 Solana 上開發原生 Android web3 應用程式。

應用上 Solana Mobile Stack  將包含一個 Web3 dapp 商店，「seed vault」一個適用於移動設備的安全託管協議：助於即時簽署交易，同時保持私鑰與錢包、應用程式、Android 操作系統分隔，以及集成 Android 的「Solana Pay」以促進基於二維碼的鏈上支付。

「Saga」定價為 1000 美元，即日起開放預購（需 100 美元的預定金），估計將於 2023 年第一季出貨，但據官方說明，目前 Saga 僅在美國、歐盟和英國開放使用。據悉，該裝置帶有 6.67 英寸 OLED 顯示屏、 512 GB 的儲存空間、12 GB RAM，以及最新 Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 行動平台。

Yakovenko 說道：「這是我從根本上認為該行業需要做的事情。比特幣存活 13 年後，我們在蘋果開發人員會議上沒有看到任何加密功能……所以我認為是時候讓加密貨幣進化到移動裝置上了。」

FTX 執行長 Sam Bankman-Fried（SBF）也受邀出席該場活動，在他與 Yakovenko 的對談中，他說到在大多數國家，人們日常生活中的大多數訪問都是透過手機進行的，但目前加密貨幣產品在移動設備的可訪問性並不大。

官方表示目前 Saga 已獲得 Solana 生態系支援，包括：FTX、Phantom、Oracle、Magic Eden…都將與 Solana Mobile Stack（SMS）合作；官方還表示將為在 SMS 上面建構應用程式的人員提供「1,000 萬美元的開發者基金」。 Solana Labs 營運長 Raj Gokal 說道：

建造者即將到來，他們的品質比以前更高。他們已經為下一代使用者增長做好了準備。

分析師判斷專注於為移動裝置帶來更多 Web3 服務的 Saga，可以將 Solana 生態系統的覆蓋範圍擴大到主流受眾、並帶動起更多區塊鏈加入該行列的發展，或許有可能會在未來某一天與蘋果、微軟等傳統科技巨頭分庭抗禮。
