佳士得 NFT 負責人 Noah Davis 於 6 月 19 日宣布將加入 Yuga Labs，並成為藍籌 NFT 專案 CryptoPunks 的品牌領導人。在此消息公佈的前幾天，CryptoPunks 的價格及交易量皆有所成長，Yuga Labs 聯合創辦人 Garga 也在同日宣布 CryptoPunks 將會在未來幾週有新的發展。

Noah 在去年三月負責 Beeple 藝術作品《EVERYDAYS: THE FIRST 5000 DAYS》的拍賣工作，此幅畫最終以 6,900 萬美元的價格出售，不僅震撼當時的 NFT 及藝術圈，也使得 Beeple 成為當今最有名的 NFT 創作者之一。

而在 Noah 在宣佈將成為 CryptoPunks 的品牌領導人後，其表示不會將其搞砸，並不會將 Punks 印在午餐盒上，也不會為其打造糟糕的電視節目或電影。這意味不會倉促地替 Punks 添加效用或隨意發放空投。

Noah 表示：「毫不誇大的認為這場從舊藝術世界到 Web3 的旅程有多麼不可思議，我迫不急待的想知道前方的路將走向何方，只知道他會保持瘋狂和怪異。我喜歡這個樣子，Punks 將持續前進，Punks 萬歲！」

在 Noah 公告消息的同時，Yuga Labs 聯合創辦人 Garga 也於 Twitter 發表了其對 CryptoPunks 的想法。Garga 表示，他們從 Larva Labs 手中收購 Punks 時，心中只有兩件事情想做，首先就是將 Punks 的商業權力交至持有者手上，就像 BAYC 那樣，而新的條款將於未來幾週推出。

第二件事則是「傾聽」，Garga 認為 Punks 社群與其所想相同，將這個專案是為一項藝術作品，而為了能管理好 Punks 的發展，他們才會找上 Noah。Noah 對 Punks 沒有任何倉促的願景，將採取緩慢且深思熟慮的做法。

「坦白地說，這些太重要了，不能急於求成，而且對於整個 NFT 社群來說影響太大，不能冒險在缺乏溝通的狀態下開發它們。」Garga 說道。

 

帶動 CryptoPunks 價格上漲

根據 NFT GO 的數據，在消息公佈的兩天前，CryptoPunks 的地板價及交易量皆有顯著成長，地板價上漲了約 4 成，交易量則是成長了三倍。目前最便宜的 Punks 要價約 66.7 ETH (約 7.2 萬美元)。

此外，此消息也使 Noah 的 NFT 專案 HOWLERZ 交易量暴增，地板價成長了超過 4 倍。此專案為 5000 隻不同造型的手繪野狼，最便宜要價約 0.23 ETH (約 250 美元)。
