儘管加密市場進入寒冬，FTX 仍未停止擴張角度，今日宣佈收購加拿大合規交易所 Bitvo，將業務拓展至加拿大，這也意味 FTX 在全球擴張又往前了一步。

 

FTX 積極地以「受監管的方式」擴張

FTX 昨日宣布已簽署協議，收購加拿大加密資產交易平台 Bitvo (Bitvo, Inc.) 過。去一段時間，FTX 積極地以「受監管的方式」擴張，面向全球用戶提供加密產品和服務。此次收購也象徵 FTX 在全球版圖上再度擴張。

FTX 創辦人暨執行長 Sam Bankman-Fried 表示：「我們很高興可以進入加拿大市場，並持續擴大 FTX 的全球影響力。 FTX 正積極地和全球監管機構溝通，此次擴張代表我們又前進了一大步。」

Bitvo 是加拿大合規交易所，在 2022 年 4 月，Bitvo 成為首個在加拿大艾伯塔省合規註冊的加密交易平台，並受加拿大《證交法》監管。這讓 Bitvo 可為該地區用戶提供安全簡單的方式交 易、購買加密資產。另外 Bitvo 還在加拿大金融情報機構 FINTRAC 註冊為貨幣提供商。

據 FTX 新聞稿，此次 Bitvo 併購將在今年 Q3 完成，前提是獲得加拿大監管部門的批准。完成收購後，Bitvo 或融入 FTX 全球團隊，並服務加拿大市場的用戶。Bitvo 執行長 Pamela Draper 表示，加拿大人民對數位資產的興趣正在增加。未來等收購完成 ，Bitvo 將整合至 FTX，同時也期待改變加拿大的加密交易生態。
