【作者專欄】踏入NFT 寒冬 一般評估標準將會失效？哥布林小鎮的瘋狂打臉

過去一個月，NFT 迎來了極大的跌市。從亞洲第一個 NFT 指數 – RHNI 的資料顯示，RHNI 由 5 月初的 31 點跌至現在的 13 點，跌幅超過 58%。

現在普遍 NFT 市場一片沉寂，很多人選擇「躺平」面對，或者去研究有什麼值得投資的 NFT。在分析個別 NFT 項目的時候，筆者一般都是以「U-CARD」的標準來評估一個 NFT 項目的價值。U-CARD 分別代表 NFT 項目的：Utility（功能）、Community（社區）、Artwork（藝術風格），Roadmap（路線圖）及 Development Team（開發團隊）。如果你是 NFT 沉浸過一段時間，你就會發現絕大部分優質的NFT項目，都在以上的標準中取得優秀的評分。

近期熱門 NFT 項目「哥布林小鎮」

而最近在這寒冬裡出現火花的，就是近期熱門的 NFT 項目「哥布林小鎮」(goblintown.wtf)。如果用以上的標準，去衡量這些荒誕又怪異的哥布林幾乎可以說是完全失效。那究竟發生什麼事情呢？
「沒有路線圖，沒有功能，更沒有 Discord」，就是哥布林小鎮的其中一個口號。它們的 NFT 是免費鑄造（Mint）的，沒有任何空投、合作、活動或白名單。如果看一看它們的藝術風格，你甚至可能會覺得這些圖案有點醜陋。它們開發團隊也是身份成謎。它的官方簡介都像一串亂碼，其官方網址的結尾還是「.WTF」。即便如此，它卻成功地在 NFT 社區中引起了極大的關注。截至10/6/2022，其成交量已超過 7300 萬美元，地版價是 4.2 ETH（大約7,500美元），並在 OPENSEA 上的 Top NFT 排行榜中(最近7天)位列榜首。
個人綜合了一些哥布林小鎮變得火熱的原因。有人傳出此項目是與 Yuga Labs 相關的傳聞。又有傳 NFT 藝術家 Beeple 也加入了它們的團隊。Yuga Labs 的創始人之一 Gordon Goner 於最近的 twitter 上就公開了他們的合照，並提及他發出了「哥布林的聲音」，令人聯想是否背後存在隱藏關係。而如果 Yuga Labs 參與其中，普遍人都會聯想起它旗下的 NFT 項目—無聊猿（BAYC）的成功，從而令不少人對哥布林都充滿了憧憬。而且由於它是免費鑄造的，初期每個人都可以用很低成本就可以參與，迅即在NFT世界展開了哥布林的旋風。最近還出現了很多衍生 NFT 項目，比如女版的哥布林 GOBLIN GRL、嬰兒版的哥布林 baby goblinz 等等。

NFT 黑馬 與MEME 幣十分相似

而我更認為這種 NFT 項目跟以往出現的 MEME 幣(迷因幣)十分相似，例如狗狗幣 (Doge) 及柴犬幣 (SHIB)。這些 MEME 幣的誕生與暴升，於當時是沒有任何標準可言的。這些偏離正常航道的加密貨幣反而在當時成為黑馬，令不少人真的一夜暴富。加密貨幣的世界如此，在 NFT 的世界也在上演類似的戲碼。
同時，別忘記迷因幣大瀉的時候亦令不少散戶重傷離場。投資者的共同情緒將會帶動項目的升跌。如果項目未有更多炒作及發展空間，資金很快就會撤走並轉移去其他的 NFT 項目。所以，雖然評估標準未能有效評估這些「黑馬項目」，但是如果你是一名謹慎的投資者，那麼用評估標準去衡量的話還是安全及可靠的做法。因為唯有經過被時間考驗的項目，其長遠的價值才能被真正體現出來。
