捐贈宣言（The Giving Pledge）是 Microsoft 創辦人比爾蓋茲（Bill Gates）和股神巴菲特（Warren Buffett）於 2009 年號召的運動，將全美最有錢的人召集起來，說服他們捐贈大部分財產給慈善機構，為下一代創造更美好的世界。

FTX 創辦人暨執行長 Sam Bankman-Fried 已於五月底簽署了捐贈宣言，其在捐贈宣言的承諾書寫道：「就在不久前，我確信我們的責任是，竭盡所能地以長遠的角度為世界創造最大效用。FTX 基金會的同事和朋友正在向世界撒下更多的正向光芒，讓世界變得更美好，這對我來說是這是最重要的事，能夠幫助到他們是我的榮幸。」

 

23andMe ME 的執行長和電子遊戲製造商 Zynga 創辦人亦簽署了捐贈宣言

據《Market Watch》報導，捐贈宣言官方發言人表示，在 5 月 30 日當天，還有加州基因測試公司 23andMe ME 的執行長 Anne Wojcicki 和知名電子遊戲製造商 Zynga 創辦人 Mark Pincus 也簽署了捐贈宣言。

據估計，SBF 的資產淨值的估值約為 205 億美元，Anne Wojcicki 的資產約為 11 億美元，Mark Pincus 的資產約是 14 億美元。

捐贈宣言的承諾是自願承諾，並沒有強制性，簽署的人也沒有義務證明他們有達到承諾的慈善捐贈計畫，不過 SBF 和 Anne Wojcicki 在簽署之前就已經開始慈善舉動。

據美國國稅局的文件，Anne Wojcicki 的基金會在 2019 年捐贈了 2,500 萬美元給美國前總統歐巴馬的基金會和非營利組織 Ashoka，希望能在世界各地培養社會企業家，解決根深蒂固的社會問題。

眾所周知，SBF 是利他主義者。他的目標就是盡可能地賺錢，捐給需要的慈善機構，而 SBF 創立的 FTX 基金會也已捐贈超過 1,800 萬美元，SBF 也在《Crypto Bahamas 2022》大會承諾今年 FTX 基金會捐出超過 10 億美元。

另一方面，FTX 基金會今年三月也成立 FTX 未來基金，投資在特定領域的一些有願景的公司，包括人工智能、生化武器保護、災後重建、疫苗、糧食、創新教育實驗、政策評估、大數據、媒體電影等。
